what to expect
01.Step one
Book your free discovery call so we can meet and discuss your health and wellness goal. This also gives us a chance to break the ice, and decide if we are a good match for what you need on your health journey.
02. Step Two
Choose your package from above that you are ready to commit to, Once you’ve signed up, I will then send you a welcome package that includes a client agreement form and some initial intake forms that I will need you to fill out.
03. Step Three
Once all of the paperwork is out of the way, we will schedule your first session!
04. Step Four
The day of your first session will arrive and we will meet either via video call or over the phone, which ever you prefer. We will have discussed that, and many other things, prior to this first session.
